Cruising to Alaska, May-June 2023

During every Holland America cruise on every ship in the fleet, a Future Cruise Consultant (FCC) is at their desk, willing and able to help you plan your next cruise. There are great prices to be had, and perks to be added to your account. At the end of our cruise from Baltimore to Montreal in September of 2022, Jas and I looked at each other and nodded as we said, Alaska! We booked an appointment with the FCC and booked a cruise-tour on the Noordam departing Vancouver on Sunday, May 28. We will sail from Vancouver to Whittier, then disembark, walk across the highway, and board a train to take us out to Denali National Park for three days. The we transfer by coach to Anchorage for our flight home. I have thought about little else for at least a moment of every day, since we made the reservation. Can you spell, “obsession?”

I will be writing each day about our activities and posting daily. You will find those links on this page. Oh, and there will be photographs!

While you’re waiting, here’s HAL’s page about their adventures to Denali.
